Currently right behind Google and Facebook but seems to be growing six times faster then its competitors, Amazon is likely to generate $10 billion per year through its advertising platform.

Amazon advertising is building towards a full marketing experience and are running experiments with advertising brands and agencies. The integration of advertising on Amazon comes with no surprise due to the search traffic available.

The company are currently testing something which lets advertisers re target shoppers around the web. It is to help track items customers have already bought in the past and of course Amazon knows this best, so that they can focus on what the customer may target next.

This will be a very powerful marketing tool!
